Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.   1. Yes, it does feel very good when I have a chance to help others, which I'm not able to do a lot of, since I don't get out into the world a whole lot right now.

    I'm hoping and praying that this fact could be changed in the future so I would feel more like a productive human being.

    It would be great to be able to do more for people!

    1. I agree it is nice to be able to help others, but it's just as important to be able to accept help back so you don't fall out with people who want to help you!
