A Farewell to our Past: A Step into the Future

"Sheila, there will be two dates etched in my memory: the 11th of December 2022, when you left this world and the 15th August 2024, when I move home from living three doors away from you for the last 32 years. Moving to a new home is going to symbolise a new chapter in my life without you.

Since you left my life is harder. With our lives now diverged, it is time for me to physically move home, to continue my journey without you. This is our first time apart. I am now finding my footing in a world that now feels incomplete and without you.

I am stepping into a future that holds uncertainty, but also possibility. Moving to a place where I can finally find peace overlooking the countryside, peace I have craved for years, given my own set of circumstances.

You left all too soon but I am pleased you’re doing well. My medium tells me the peace you longed for in this life is now yours in spirit, free from the burdens you carried here. With the right support, we could have been different people, living better lives together.

Although it is too late for us to continue our physical life together, with the spiritual realm supporting us both, I know we can be close. I hope we can now move forward, still together in spirit, but apart in our own paths, with a new understanding of one another."
