I can’t be bothered to do or think about anything. I don't think I'm unhappy because I feel fairly relaxed, but it probably comes from having to deal with so much this week.

I’m thinking about myself and not putting much thought into anything else. I know I will have to refocus at some point so that I can continue to function, but I like having 'me time.' It allows me to continue to deal with and focus on everything that’s going on around me.

If I know something is going to have a stressful impact on me ,I take myself out of that situation mentally, until such a time I am able to adjust. It's my coping mechanism. I love having that time to myself.

    1. I have to say I enjoyed every moment. I just love the tranquility of being alone with my thoughts, without a care in the world.
