I feel fortunate to have created a platform where I can use my experiences to talk about my story and that of my experiences. Our stories are our stories, the way we see our lives and that of our experiences.

As it can sometimes go, other people’s recollections of your story may not agree with yours, but that shouldn't matter because your story is your story. If someone else were to tell their version of your story, it wouldn’t be told in the way you saw it. It’s your story, it can only be told your way. Your Story is for you to tell through your own experiences.

To tell any story is to tell others how you see it, not how others see it for you, or how they would like that story to be. There would be many things in 'My Story' I would like to have changed and been different. I can't change my own story, but I can slowly piece those experiences together, and I feel I am achieving that.

Whatever your story, you should continue to live and speak your truth, however hard it may be for others to hear. If the shoe were on the other foot they would want to do the same things for themselves.

  1. Rather than being in a state of denial, you told your story by challenging the pretext and allowing your truths to be revealed.

You did this all on your own, from scratch and developed the most inspiring statements possible.

    1. Awww thanks Tim. I've always had my inner thoughts as a child, but chose this route because I found my peace that way.

I can't tell you how happy I feel that you think my statements are the most inspiring! It makes what I write even more worthwhile, because I know it helps others too.

My life has been one big challenge, but even though those challenges I would always look for and speak my truth. The CP Diary is all of that and more in my eyes.

  2. All that matters is how we see things, which is why it's so important we are allowed to tell our story, uninterrupted and respected.

Your story has taught us how to look at things differently, how we can be responsible for ourselves and has shown us that we can change.

    1. Thanks. I've always thought this way.

My site has given and continues to give me the platform to express what I feel through my experiences in a way that not only helps me; but others, also. As for change, I believe we all can. We just have to want to.
