It's taken 9 months, but I've just connected with the swollen muscle and the fact that I've been dealing with dental trauma. I talk about things, but that doesn't always mean I connect with my words, it's weird.
I can bite, chew better and close my mouth better, thanks to the intervention of my new dentist. My top and bottom teeth fit better, which is going to take the pressure off the tight muscle. I have less pain and as a result I have some of my motivation back.
My health is slowly returning
I can't believe what's happened, losing my twin through trauma. My health is now slowly returning and I've been able to eat a slice of pizza.
Feeling a little brighter
I am feeling a little brighter. I have another appointment in December, to tweak the work that's been done so that my teeth are smoother. I was upset when I was shown a 3-d photo of my teeth, and I couldn't close my mouth because my teeth didn't fit. I can't believe just how poorly I've been.
After 9 months of pain, not being able to bite, eat and chew properly, not being able to sleep and function normally, due to excruciating pain, there is finally a light at the end of this very dark tunnel.
