Do you ever get to that stage where things become so overwhelming, you just want to hibernate even for a short while?

For me it comes from spending time as a child, reverting-back to my inner thoughts, using contemplation to come to terms with, to understand my many problems and how to deal with them. My thoughts became my sanctuary. They helped bring about many conclusions to many problems and they still to today.

Perhaps we should all take time out to reflect, to think about, to meditate; anything that enables us to work through our problems without the stress.

  1. I agree. It's so very important to take a analytical break to evaluate our world and access any mental or physical damage that may have occurred as a result of living.

It's like recharging our spirits in a way, to heighten our perspective of things and to make the necessary adjustments to continue on.

  2. I just don't seem to be able to take time out much these days.

Life is full of stresses and stressors that I am working on, but I'm hoping as each of these is 'ticked off' I am able to stand back and take stock sometime soon.

    1. Yes I find it a necessity, but understand it can be difficult. There doesn't always seem to be enough hours in the day. That said, it's important to make time if we can.

Even 5 minutes will go a long way to help us gather some of those thoughts that have the potential to cause us stress.
