She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

I feel the problem with being stubborn is that we don't always hear what others have to say because we're too stubborn to listen and we're right and they're wrong!
Stubborn people only really agree with their own thought process. Whatever anyone else says is incidental.

I spent most of yesterday dealing with someone just like that and I have no intention of repeating that experience anytime soon!
I think it in a way the experience makes us stronger. I am sure we could all do without the stress element though!
I think people doubt because of insecurities and want to get all the attention because they are doubting themselves.
