My twin is constantly in my thoughts. Adjusting to life without her is difficult. It's now 9 months into her death and life is back to normal for everyone else, but not for me. The twin connection is still there.

Loved ones leaving messages

I still can't believe she's gone, I don't think I ever will, but she is connecting with me. She is still continuing her soul journey. The first time the connection happened, I'd been scrolling, when my computer started flickering up and down for what seemed like a minute, or longer. I didn’t initially equate it was my twin, but asking my pendulum, it confirmed it was.

When loved ones visit

When in my last acupuncture session, lying on the table, my acupuncturist had left me to rest and I could hear movement around the chair which was lying empty. Like someone had been sat, but got up to move. The signs don't always come when you expect, but I know my twin knows my health struggles and is trying to support me.

When I am in touch with her through readings, I am comforted by hearing her stories. From what I know, my twin has been through a spiritual cleanse and has rid herself of her earthly experiences. She still has her memories of course; you don’t lose those when you return to spirit, but you do lose the struggles associated with those memories once you go through a spiritual cleanse.

A spiritual cleanse

For my readers, a spiritual cleanse is a cleansing, an energy healing, a recalibrating treatment that detoxes the soul. Getting rid of toxins, so that you're left feeling calm and at peace. Loved ones in spirit can cleanse quickly.

Earth side, we need to continue to work on our mental health to feel cleansed. In spirit, it's a fairly quick transition for loved ones who have crossed over, or instead of a cleanse, like us they can choose to work through their experiences.

It would be interesting to hear your take on how you connect or if you connect with loved ones.

  1. It must have been enormously comforting to feel your twin sister's presence. I believe this is a sign she is around you and helping with your healing process. How lovely is that.

I talk to lots of my late relatives, but I haven't ever felt their presence. Interesting I did once feel my cat's presence on my bed after she had passed. I was very very fond of her and that was a lovely feeling.

    1. Thank you. I know my twin knows my struggles since she passed. The last few months before she passed were extremely difficult.

During my acupuncture session, it was comforting to know she was around.
