It needs to be so ingrained, it becomes a lifestyle choice, a way of life. Something you go back to time and again.
Being spiritual changes the way you see and deal with yourself and others. It's something you don't want to live without.
Spiritual awareness elevates and connects us to something higher than our current realities, above the noise and ignorance. It helps us see things soberly.
Without spiritual awareness we just may kill ourselves without actually dying.
