Something inspirational:

"Ultimately spiritual awareness unfolds when you're flexible, when you're spontaneous, when you're detached, when you're easy on yourself, and easy on others."

    1. Thanks. Yes, it's not enough to walk the walk, we also have to talk the talk. But it's important to understand what being spiritual means in its larger context.

It needs to be so ingrained, it becomes a lifestyle choice, a way of life. Something you go back to time and again.

Being spiritual changes the way you see and deal with yourself and others. It's something you don't want to live without.

  1. Spiritual awareness elevates and connects us to something higher than our current realities, above the noise and ignorance. It helps us see things soberly.

Without spiritual awareness we just may kill ourselves without actually dying.

    This quote is quite awesome!

    1. Thanks Tim. Yes, you're right and I agree. Without spirituality we're not actually living, but existing. Spirituality is part of our soul journey.

As you say spiritual awareness elevates and connects us to something higher than our current realities. It helps us see our issues and realities in a way that keeps us grounded.

And above all it's a better way for us to live.
